Alwaad provide a Planned Preventative maintenance, Corrective & Reactive repair maintenance service 24/7 365 days per year. Alwaad team shall provide attendance and make safe and rectify within the allotted timescales, using the trained MEP crew, to any MEP related Emergency, Important, Routine and Service Requests. Alwaad has long recognized that there exists a direct correlation between level of service provided and the quality of the supervision. The maintenance Lead is a critical liaison between the Service workers, management, and the customer. That’s why our Leads are required to have excellent technical knowledge based on experience and training, as well as strong team leadership skills. Our approach to management is to design a plan that provides you with consistent, high-quality, cost-effective services that addresses your requirements. In order to make that happen, we thoroughly analyze the information gathered from tours of your facility and discussions with your representatives about the unique requirements of the facility. We couple that information with knowledge gained from our experience providing similar services at similar facilities
